The award-winning Candlelight Graveyard Tour in Annapolis Royal has been one of the most highly recommended "must see" attractions in Nova Scotia since 1992. Sponsored by The Historical Association of Annapolis Royal, tours of one of the oldest English graveyards in Canada are held every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings between June 1 - Oct 15 at 9:30 pm (rain or shine). Meet at the parking lot of Fort Anne National Historic Site, and don't forget to bring your sense of adventure!

The tour guide/interpreter was fantastic. Alan's enthusiasm and knowledge combined make for an awesome evening. The lanterns added to the ambience.

From the moment you arrive Alan is entertaining. The tour is a great mix of local history with the perfect touch of comedy. We strongly recommend checking this out if you're in Annapolis!

The guide is a credible historian and an incredible raconteur. The ambience of the graveyard is ancillary, and definitely not creepy. This tour was THE highlight of our week in Nova Scotia. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Was a really great experience, Alan the tour guide was very knowledgeable and so friendly. Was a really neat way to learn a bit of Canadian history in a short amount of time. Would recommend to everyone!

We just showed up about 30 min before the tour was to start. That way we paid and got out lantern
