We were going to Toronto on a Tuesday, wanting to be at Union for noon. Aldershot had no parking spots, Burlington had no parking spots, Appleby had no parking spots except one in the handicapped parking - luckily we have a valid permit - or...More

The Burlington GO station has finally finished the renovations so that the bus and train can now be accessed best from Fairview Street. Access is still available off of Plains Rd, but for buses the Fairview Street entrance is better. Be aware that parking can...More

The GO train is a fast and easy way to travel to Toronto or other destinations. You may need to stand for a short time during rush hour, but seats should become available as people exit the train. Other riders are generally respectful. The stations...More

Our family of two adults and 4 young boys will always use the GO to head downtown Toronto. So much easier than negotiating the streets and traffic with four backseat drivers.

I have travelled third world transit systems that have better amenities than Burlington go! Not even a vending machine in sight for water! I realize it seems to be under never ending construction, but no water?

What a great way to travel! I was impressed with how clean the train was. Apparently it can get quite crowded during rush hour but for a weekend trip into Toronto it was perfect.

Our GO Train is a fabulous way of getting to Toronto with none of the worries of being stuck in traffic or having to pay a king's ransom for parking once you get to the big smoke! If only the inconsiderate slobs who put their...More

Yes. You will make it to the bus. The bus schedule coincides with arrival of train. I would suggest that you sit in accessible car on train. The conductor is on that car and he can point out where to go to catch the bus... More
