I was here for Immortal Chi performance on May 28/17. We sat in balcony just to right of stairs, and the acoustics, and view were excellent. It's not a huge theatre but it's an awesome choice for a more intimate style of performance. The drinks were expensive but to be expected I guess. It certainly did not detract from our... More

I attended a country Christmas music show at the theatre in 2015, and the Nylons in September 2016. I like the size of the theater, and the ease of buying tickets and the atmosphere. Both visits were very enjoyable experiences.

Saw the Country Legends tour and thoroughly enjoyed. Great little theatre which seems to be in the heart of many restaurants. Parking was readily available. Thank you.

The theater was packed and ready for the show of a lifetime. We were not disappointed. The show was well executed and the show was fantastic. This is the 5 time I have had the privilege to be entertained but such a caring compassionate group of men. Thank you for all you do to keep the stories and songs from... More

We went to see Georgette Fry sing Etta James songs, and were simply blown away! There is not a bad seat in the house, and the acoustics are excellent. I use a hearing aid, which sometimes behaves badly at concerts, but worked perfectly here. The last time we were here, we saw Serena Ryder rock the house down, and once... More

First time at the Grand Theatre and was not disappointed. Many wonderful employees directing you to your seating and loved that you could grab a drink, from the bar and enjoy it while watching the show. Beautiful theatre!!

Always enjoy the Grand as it's large enough of a venue to keep the prices in order, but small enough to not need binoculars to see who is performing. Saw Rodney Carrington last weekend and it was quite a show! Also, the Grand is a part of the Kingston legacy and it's always nice to support something that has always... More

Another great show. We have been enjoying the historic Grand Theatre for the 30 years we've lived in Kingston, and especially since the renovation. Kingston is so lucky to have such an eclectic group of performance theatres from local bars, the KRock, Queen's, the Isabel and local churches. But we love the intimacy of the Grand and the variance in... More

This was our first visit to this charming theater. Although we were in the last section of the balcony, it felt like we were center stage. Excellent acoustics and it didn't hurt that it was Raine Maida and Chantal Kreviazuk. After this experience, my wife and I are considering becoming Patrons. The open bar was a bonus.
