The Grand is a beautifully restored theatre with good acoustics. Eric Burdon commented that these are becoming rare and that the community should support it.

This is a very nice venue with a (perhaps overly) cozy lobby. Keep in mind, of course, that the main draw is the concert/performace/play and not the venue, but if you find something of interest, the Grand is a good place to enjoy it.

I have been to the Grand a few times now since the City spent all that money on a major renovation. The venue is great, with the exception of the terrible cramped seating, in all areas except the balconies off to the sides. Even people...More

Can see everywhere. Still has the small theatre atmosphere where you feel you can almost touch the performers .Comfy seats. The ushers are volunteers and are very friendly and helpful. Just a fun experience.
