Although I've visited many national and provincial parks, I really enjoyed the unique aspects of Pelee - especially the boardwalk walk over the marsh areas. As we visited mid-week after Labour Day, the park was not busy and we had a beautiful day.

We were amazed at how beautiful this beach was. An absolute gem. The water was so warm. If we had our boards we would have been surfing the waves!!

No problem with carrying coolers to the picnic areas. There are tables by the Boardwalk and many covered pavilions along the road that you can use that have seating available. You can carry almost anything on it. There is... More
