hello , yes the storybook gardens are open in October as well. they are open year around.

We are open from 10am to 5:30pm daily. Admission is $7.50/person ages 2 and up, or we have a family rate for four people for $27.00. Admission includes everything in the park with the exception of the amusement rides; ride... More

Hello, I do believe that there are wheelchairs available on arrival for those that may be in need of them. They are free to use within the park. There is also a water wheelchair that can be used in the splash pad.
