Having to take babies out of the stroller every time we stop was really frustrating and it was too hot to wear the baby the whole time. But... More

This was an extremely interesting place to visit. Shame we didn't have longer to spend here. Very well laid out and exhibits very good. Staff all helpful and friendly, they all dress up in period costumes. Children would enjoy it here too.

We went to Greenfield Village at the Henry Ford complex last week in Detroit so seeing the Pioneer Village the very next week made for a difficult bar to reach but it was interesting and we had fun.

for 7.00 per adult, you can spend as much or as little time as you want, we spent hours on a self guided tour of pioneer village, exploring, learning, imagining, the staff are amazing and helpful, there were a few staff/volunteers in period clothing helping to fill in some blanks, educate and narrate, most buildings were open - a few...
