A little bit of fun with a whole lot of sad.

We visit Marineland each year. The grandchildren love it. I get a deep discount by showing I am a veteran. My wife does not like the heights in the rides so grandpa takes the children for the rides. The grandstand show is very good and well liked. The souvenir shop is well stocked and the $5 for a repeat visit... More

We haven't been there in years but when we went we just ended up feeling sad. While it is nice to see dolphins, belugas, seals, sea lions, and killer whales in real life, you can't help but feel bad for them. The bears in the dirty water begging for food and the deer in the blazing heat in the deer... More

I do not believe these animals are in the best care. They have scars and scrapes, and have been malnourished. Their habitats are unpleasant and not well equipped for healthy survival in captivity. The admission fee is overpriced and the rides are adequate. I do not support marineland.

Had a great time walking around, seeing the animals, especially the belugas! They were very playful and we watched them for a very long time. We also went on a ride (can't remember the name) where they take you up and then drop you really fast. That was the time we saw the falls...it was amazing. Ask the ride operator... More

We visited Marineland in Canada during the month of August. Many of their concession stands were closed making the lines extremely long. There were also very few shaded areas. Their beluga tanks seemed overcrowded & their bears & walrus appeared to be sick. If you are visiting in the summer months, bring sunscreen & a cooling fan.

"Everyone Loves Marineland" is the jingle that the park splashes all over commercials and advertisements during its in season. The Park is very dated, and attractions are very spaced out on the grounds. Many times some rides are closed for maintenance and concessions stands are rarely opened throughout the park (only in the main area). The park for years has... More

Great place for adults and kids alike. So much to do and see here but I think the animals are my favorite part.
