Didn't see the buildings or the park really, was there for an outdoor concert (Blue Rodeo, City and Colour). Parking looked to have been a nightmare, so parked about 2 k away and walked in. Easier escape post concert for sure!

This is a bit east & off the beaten track- in the heart of NOL - and not so easy to find. When we went all the barracks were closed. However, there is plenty of signage which traces the history of the "Loyalist" contribution to...More

We really enjoyed our visit to the Barracks. The history of the Lincoln-Welland Regiment was presented well in artifacts and the stories told by the docent. Fascinating to see the War of 1812 from the perspective of the "other side"

I have seen two concerts here and its a decent venue for a show but had to wait over 2 hours each time to be able to leave the parking lot! I hope in the future better planning will help alleviate traffic

These are just a few buildings in a field with a few signs. The signs were interesting and well written, but not really worth a visit. Since this was on our way from our bread and breakfast to Fort George it wasn't a bad thing...More

We went here to walk our dogs, it's just fantastic. Lovely setting, clean accessible trails, and some very interesting and informative historical displays.

It was really hard to find this but the full list of allowed items is on the event Facebook page, under About / Information / More. It says No Chairs but medium packbacks are allowed.
