Beautiful church, inside and out. There is no charge to enter. The stained glass inside the church is not to be missed. It is across the street from the National Gallery of Canada. Did not stay long because a ceremony was about to start. Stop...More

Its a church that one would expect to see in Europe. What catches my attention is the shiny twin towers. Once inside (free) it reminds me of churches I have seen all over Europe...its pretty impressive and worth a visit when in Ottawa as its...More

This basilica is not terribly impressive from the outside, but the interior is amazing, with stained glass, sculptures and decorations which stand comparison with the best of European cathedrals. Admission is free.

This church is very underrated, it's extremely pretty, pictures don't do justice to it. No lines, no entrance fee, doors open at 8. Come over and get surprised! Free guided tours every couple hours.

It's ornate enough, and large, and has the history appropriate to the age of the city. They hold mass and it's a great church to attend mass in - English or French

A nice cathedral with beautiful, ornate decorations. We came in to get out of the heat and enjoyed the quiet setting. There’s a lot to take in. We didn’t stay long, but it was long enough to feel like we recharged our batteries.
