This "garden" needs to be taken off the list of attractions on the tourist map. The are no plants or flowers here. Just a few wall plaques depicting the provincial flowers. It had a interesting looking water fountain but no water in it.

The garden had no actual plants and flowers. It only had pictures/engravings of the flowers of the different provinces and territories. It seemed to have a nice water fountain but unfortunately it was not running when I was there.
