Wonderful place to visit, ample free parking, lovely pond alive with so much wildlife. Visited on an unusually warm October day and saw so many people of various ages enjoying the nature surrounding us.

Great spot, something for the whole family.Lots of playgrounds, perfect beach, lots of bbqs,open sports field, walking trails and an animal farm for the kid in you.

This is a nice, quiet beach. I like the idea of the matting from the parking lot down to the beach as it makes walking in the sand so much easier.

There are no rocks at Canatara Beach now. The storms have removed them to a beautiful sandy beach. Beaches change from day to day. I would recommend you buy water shoes for any beach you visit.

It is not really a petting zoo but their are geese, ducks walking around free in the walking areas. And there are horses, cows, rabbits, lamas that are in open area pens that will come up to the fence and you can sometimes... More
