Not much in the general attraction, except for a great view of Thunder Bay and Lake Superior. Nice on a sunny summer day. Cool breeze off the lake, and a ham sandwich .Life's good.

While technically on the Fort William First Nation (not Thunder Bay itself), Mount McKay is another good location to view the City from. Also, you will want to consider attending while there is a pow-wow in progress. Very educational and entertaining.

Can see for miles; great panoramic view of Thunder Bay, Sleeping Giant, etc. It was lovely on a fall day.

Had family in from Alberta. Decided to come here for the view. Was a clear day so the view was fantastic. Price was right also.

The lookout on Mt. McKay gives super views of the city of Thunder Bay. For the real adventurous, a path will lead to the very top!!

Once we'd found the place it was worth the effort and $5 cost. We tripped up trying to find the place by following the map handed out at the visitor centre in Thunder Bay. As other reviewers have noted, the bridge which is on the...More
