Next we went and visited the deck. However they charge too much for the view. The price is very overpriced for just the view. Staff were polite and the view was spectacular. I’d recommend coming here when you have a dinner reservation. But for just the tower, I’d advise you to stay away from this place, too expensive for just a view.

We booked a table for lunch as it cost $75 for a two course meal and it would have cost $45 or $50 just to go up the tower. So we found it easier to book the table. The views are amazing but when we arrived for our meal, we were given a table set back from the side ,so we didn't have great view of anything apart from the sky.Once in a lifetime thing s; glad we did it but wouldn't go again.

We took our grandkids to stay in downtown Toronto to go on some tours: CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Little Canada. The CN Tower was a massive disappointment and huge waste of time! We had bought “TIMED” entrance tickets a week in advance for 3:30pm, got there at 3:00 and waited in line outside and inside for 1.5 hours (no exaggeration) along with hundreds of other poor suckers. Once we finally got to the top, we discovered that 3/4 of the observation deck was closed off for a private function and/or maintenance and there was only a view of the lake and a bit of the east and west lakeshore. Spent only 15 mins and faced another massive line up for the elevators get back down. Fortunately a helpful attendant took some initiative to use the restaurant elevator which was idle. Why in the world do they sell “TIMED” tickets and yet there were literally HUNDREDS of people waiting to go up? Huge waste of time.

Purchased tickets on the day and fortunately did not have to wait in line.

Great 360 degree views and worth the experience. Did the extra height but I didn’t think it was worth doing.
All staff super friendly and helpful.

Once you are inside the CN tower you are whisked up by elevator and the views are great. We recorded the lift going up and down and it's pretty quick. We prebooked the skypod trip to the next level and thought this was worthwhile. The outdoor viewing platform wasn't open on our visit.
The glass floor was fun.
The CN changes colour at night.
Pre-booked on line to ensure our time slot.

A great experience. We didn’t purchase tickets ahead of time but the line was long when we got there. Sat in the shade and did it online and were able to enter quickly. First - great workers. So patient. People asking questions and going places that were clearly marked “don’t enter” and the workers were so patient. We did the extra part. If you are going to do that make sure to get ticket at same time as the one for the observation deck. Lots of people bummed that they hadn’t and now it was sold out. Also, if the time is 1:40 don’t go early. The person cannot let you go early and you just slow the line down and make their job difficult. The views were amazing. Go enjoy!

The lift up was an amazingly quick trip for the distance travelled. Staff are friendly and attentive. The meals are fantastic 😋 but the views are simply stunning. What a great city.

Highly recommend to dine up there with the view, instead of paying $40-50 to just see the view. Make a reservation at “360 restaurant” . Arrive early because the line for the elevator maybe long. The price $70 only includes 1) appetizer and main course, or 2) main course and dessert. If you want to do all three (appetizer, main, and dessert), the price is $90. No gratuity and no drinks are included. For at least several choices for each categories. I had tomato salad for appetizer, and salmon on top of sautéed kale for the main course plus wine.
The view was amazing! Probably circled only 5-6 around (yes very slow), so it will not make you dizzy! The waiters know we want to take group pictures, so just ask. After the dinner, we walked one stair down where no-dinner people were enjoying the view. I really think having meal up there was well worth the experience!

Arrived for our reservation and as I walk with a stick the staff were so helpful making sure I was comfortable even taking me a different route through their kitchen so I wouldn't have to climb stairs it was so appreciated.
The service is second to none the waiter was really friendly taking time to make sure everything was to our liking.
