This was an amazing tour! Our guide, Julian, is a forensic psychologist who has investigated some of the best ghost stories in Toronto himself. Hearing Julian's stories was like being able to talk to Sherlock Holmes. A completely unique take on Toronto's many ghosts.

I had a fantastic time on my tour. It was informative, inspiring and vibrant. Jacky was our guide and she shared her wealth of knowledge with our group of about 12. She explained a lot of graffiti basics to us, showed us examples of specific artists, and gave us the time we needed to soak it all in. Based on... More

Eli was a super guide. His stories were very interesting and he was very good at interacting with all the clients. I have lived in Toronto for over 40 years and found the tour very informative. Would highly recommend it.

Initially, I only planned to go on the Downtown Toronto tour, but I loved it so much that I did two more tours with the same company: Graffiti Alley the same day and then Old Town the next day. The Downtown tour was the best, probably due to our amazing guide, Julian, who dispensed fascinating and little-known facts about banks,... More

We did the downtown tour as well as the old Town history tour with the same tour guide, Jackie. The downtown tour was quite alright even though Toronto offers more than banks which have been in the focus of the tour. Jackie showed a lack of enthusiasm as well as little interest in the group members. Perhaps she had a... More

Great for tourists and locals alike! Had an AMAZING tour of Toronto's graffiti hotspots by Eli. He provided great information and historical overviews of the cool street art that adorns Toronto's streets. As a local, I've always wanted to understand the story behind the graffiti and Eli provided all the wonderful knowledge! He has a great personality; fun, entertaining, and... More

Great walking tours of the city of Toronto. Very interesting. We did the Old Town tour and Downtown tours. Tours are free and you just pay a tip you think reasonable at the end. Tim did our downtown tour and was full of interesting facts. I definitely recommend doing the walking tours while in Toronto.

Aaron is an excellent tour guide and we greatly enjoyed spending our time with him. He is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I have no complaints and only praise to give. It's truly amazing that you get to see a decent amount of sites for free.

Thank Dan W

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
