we only come here in the summer months for the extensive greenery and pretty flowers and lots of scenic walkways. If you've ever been to Butchart gardens in Victoria, then you will find this charming place very similar.

A beautiful place to wander or picnic each season. Hard to find parking in the summer. They often have learning workshops on the weekends too.

This lovely garden with its variety of flowers, shrubs and trees is a tranquil experience. We visited in June when so much was in bloom. The paths offer places to sit, rest, relax and enjoy nature. As a couple it ws a romantic experience.

While requires a car for most (long TTC journey otherwise) well worth the trip. Gardens are beautiful but also the upper park area is a hidden area for rest, picnic or playing with the family

Free to enjoy the gardens, but there is a time-based self-pay parking fee that supports the Gardens. I don't recall that it is expensive.
