I've been several times. Large capacity venue for conferences, trade and consumer shows and educational events. VERY clean, well serviced washrooms even when very busy.

It was the 2017 Green Living Show which got us inside the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Sat, Apr 8. When I read that Presto cardholders are allowed free entry, I did not hesitate to include this in our itinerary. We went here after we had our fill of Toronto waterfront attractions. The fact that we have been on our... More

This is a top notch state of the art event facility located in the heart of downtown Toronto. It's perfect for your next consumer, trade show or conference. There is a hotel conveniently attached and numerous restaurants and night life options within walking distance.

I wen't there to work as a WWF's volunteer for the CN Tower Climb and I can say the place has an excellent infrastructure. I don't know how new it is but looks very modern.

This place is huge. Have been here several times for different functions. Buying any kind of drink here. The prices are outrageous. Wouldn't go if I didn't have to.

Parking downtown is expensive. The venue itself is huge. Well laid out though but expect a lot of walking.

I was here for a convention and also for Fan Expo. This is a great facility with lots of side rooms and wonderful catering. It is also wonderful that there are many restaurants and attractions that have opened in the area.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
