Although it used to be less crowded than it is now on weekends, Queen Street West Village is still worth a visit. The shops are varied; the clothes are trendy, and the restaurants offer varied choices for visitors. Walking is the only way to see...More

Just like queen street east , the west side is also so much fun to walk and explore. Many different restaurants and shops and novelty stores. Connect to Spadina and you can go all the way to young and make it a great downtown walking day.

Just love this neighborhood, one of my favorite in Toronto. It has everything, from shops, to restaurants, businesses and just walk ability. Spadina and Queen is one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in Toronto probably next to Dundas Square during the summer.

Lots of different small stores, as in many other neighborhoods. What stands out is the number of wall paintings and other works of art along the way. Some are in better shape than others. There was no crowd when we visited, on a rainy Tuesday...More

West Queen West can be overcrowded (week-ends) or look like a desert (mornings of weekdays). Great experience to walk around and blend in the atmosphere. Vast choice of shops, cafés and restaurants. Total opposite of boring Giant Shopping Malls.
