This clean picturesque campground is a short three minutes to downtown overlooking Summerside harbour. The water is very safe for young children. The sites have just the right number of mature trees for much needed shade but also few enough to soak in that view. Who could ask for more?

This is a great spot for people that love the quiet camp life on the sea. Close to town but far enough that you don't feel it. It is windy and can get cool, but the view........... If you walk out far enough, you can peek back towards town and still see the lighthouse. Full service lots to just regular... More

Went to PEI in 2014 and loved this campground so much, we visited again this past August. Had one of the end sites, directly across from the ocean, literally steps away. Most amazing view, can't beat it. Lovely beach, much more natural with lots of seagrass and shells, loved when the tide when out and we could explore and go... More

This provincial park is on the waterfront. It has a place for both tent and vehicle campers as well as a nice red dirt beach front with a place for picnicking, swimming, swings, and general field summer activities. It is a short drive from Summerside. Nice place to camp. My husband and I have camped there in past years.

Beautiful campground, located right on a beach. You can also get sites back in the trees a bit. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. A very quiet campground. The bathrooms were very clean. We took a few walks on the beach with our puppy, Freya, but the best one was watching the sunset over the water. Stunning! There... More

We were looking for a beach near Summertime and were lucky to find this provincial park. There was lots of day parking, no entry fee and we had access to clean washrooms in the camping area. There are picnic tables and a small children's playground area. The beach is lovely and we could walk for at least a half an... More

Our site is enormous... Approx 200 feet by 100 feet directly on the beach- site #68! Diane at the front is so friendly and helpful and the site is gorgeous and private. Can't beat the views, stars and sunsets and during low tide you can walk for miles! You can see confederation bridge in the distance as well. On Saturday... More

Very friendly staff and helpful. Let us pick our own site first. Clean bathroom and showers, which were free always a bonus. Sites along waterfront had very little privacy, but we were in the trees area. Those sites were big and very private. Would recommend.
