About 30+ nurses celebrating their 50th anniversary from Royal Victoria Hospital School of Nursing had our first evening get together Monday, Sept 17th at this pub/restaurant. Despite many of us with hearing aides, we managed to have an incredible time reconnecting after several years since...More

What could be a nice restaurant is held back by the most fundamental element, the quality of its food. This place has a great location and is attractive from the street. It has wonderful outdoor seating. I had a dish that I enjoy frequently, veal...More

Best thing is you can watch the bad parking on the street below from you seat on the balcony. Poutine was average. Extra pork was a bit sweet for me. Probably wrong choice. Someone needs to teach the people below to parallel park.

Not a bad pub to watch the world go by from down below. Service is friendly but over stretched. Felt like we were the support act before the night club opened. Lots of smokers on the pavement above.

Line outside and a different line inside were too much. One hour wait to get in and then a $10 cover, expensive drinks and no room to walk

Food was so-so, drinks were okay, staff was fine. I got a nicoise salad and it was good, others had mixed opinions of theirs. But the patio was lovely.

Went there for a few drinks last Friday night and was not too impressed with the place itself. It felt slightly claustrophobic and it was very dark. Service was good, but not enough to stay longer.

Great bar, lots of fun. Festive atmosphere, and plenty of history. Upstairs MordecaiRichler used to drink. A landmark. Downstairs the bartender Dov has a great sense of humour and knows how to treat customers
