A handsome stone Anglican Church in downtown, near the Bell Center. Beautiful stained glass windows surrounding the altar and on the sides. Also an impressive carved wooden ceiling. However, this is a place of worship rather than a tourist destination.

It's a beautiful church, in a friendly way. And it was open every time I went there which is not always the case with some other churches. A little piece of calm and peaceful in the middle of the busy day.
I wouldn't call this church ornate (at least compared to some of the others in Montreal), but it is pretty. The woodwork on the ceiling and elsewhere is quite interesting, and the stained glass is nice as well.
