My 22 year old daughter and I recently enjoyed a beautiful day during our first visit to Bota Bota. Everything on site is designed to envelope guests in a blanket of pure relaxation. From the quiet zones to the multiple choices of steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, cold baths, and various areas to "just be" to the agreement guests sign... More

Incredible. Absolutely incredible!!! Had a massage then enjoyed the water circuit... My massage therapist was incredible. He intuitively knew where I had tension and was able to massage it away. The water circuit left me speechless. There were multiple pools of varying water temps, multiple dry saunas, and multiple steam rooms.

My friend and I went to Bota Bota on a frigid March Sunday morning for water circuit and massage. The sun was shining and it was a perfect day to relax outside in one of the many hot tubs, on the boat or in the adjacent garden. On the boat, the spa areas are devoted to quiet relaxation, and the garden... My wife and I went here on a recommendation from friends, and we were not disappointed. If you don't have a reservation, you'll wait a while. But, if you do you'll be rewarded with a great time here. There is the boat which is all inside except for the top deck. There is also the platform which is connected by... More

Dear Benjamin, Thank you for taking the time to share your Bota Bota experience with the TripAdvisor community! We only take reservations for treatments (massages or aesthetics), not for the water circuit. But a waiting line can indeed happen once in a while on very busy days. There are also two ouside jacuzzis on the ship itself, on the 3rd... More

This was a surreal experience as we sat in a hot tub and watched the downtown skyline of Montreal in mid-February. It is worth the cost of admission just for the novelty of the experience. WE have made a discovery last weekend in MTL. This Spa is very well situated at a walking distance from most of the downtown hotels. The view of the old MTL is beautiful. Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
