A tree lined avenue with restored historical buildings flanked by the walls which were built 1717-38 .Easily walked and close to many other historical attractions.

If you live in US or other area in Canada, want to have an European vacation, old Montreal is a good choice. Check the weather before you go.

A nice museum that showed the history of Montreal in a self guided tour. It was a nice break and for lovers of history a good stop.

This is a must in every tour of the Old Montreal. Ranging from Mc Gill to Pointe a Calliere, the Place d'Youville is a perfect place to sip a coffee, sitting on a bench, watching the old stones and people passing by.
