What a fabulous place... the fruit is so well displayed.... lots of things to try... nice little cafe where you can get a good tea/coffee or a very reasonably priced breakfast. Definitely worth walking through.

A very good range of local produce - fruit and veg, cheese, maple syrup, fudge - at very reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, we couldn't buy much during our stroll thru the market as most are consumable goods you have to prepare. However, just to view the beautiful strawberries, apples, pasta, beans and other fruits and veggies is truly a treat! I wish we had these beautiful crops in Orlando. If I'm every back in Quebec City with an apartment for lodging,... More

I love this type of big market with multiple small booths under one roof. Here they have stands for cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, wine/cider, pastries, flowers, you name it. It's colorful, lively and you can pick up all sorts of supplies for a nice picnic. The people there are friendly, too. While tourists (I'm one, too, of course) like this... More

I drove down to the farmers' market you can take the shuttle bus, Which runs frequently. When you park you get a ticket. Take the ticket with you and give it to each merchant then parking is free. I park at one of the corners so when I go into the market I go up one row and down the... More

Nice variety of local products! Stop by for lunch or take home some food! Also check out the stand of a local winery and cidery - their signature cider is made with apples and hop.

Cute little farmers market out by the port. Nice fresh produce, artfully presented. Great value on apples in megbags for $8.00. Fresh and from local orchards. If I lived close, this would be a great place to shop.

Great place to get a flavor of the city, beautiful produce, cheese, fish, sausage and lovely people! Busy market, lots of locals on a Friday buying local produce. Try a sausage sandwich and eat at one of the picnic tables overlooking the port. Nice walk back to my cruise ship, perfect day!

This is an interesting small market with some local produce stalls. As with other local markets its another facet of life of the Quebecqois. Small it may be, it is still a good place to visit for me.
