The place recently reopened after lock down for Covid. What a deception! The screen is scratched so its a huge distraction during the movie. The place looks run down and cleanliness was discutable. There was only 3 employees for a full screening and the concession staff member was also handling sale of the tickets which resulted in a huge line. I was there 15 min early and had to wait 10 for a bottle of water. The patron in front of me was left waiting on the side for over 10 min for a coffee. To top it all! They paused the movie during previews to deal with the huge line-up and restarted with an over 30 min delay. Not worth it! Make a detour and visit St-Foy or Beauport Cineplex or even The Clap for a more enjoyable experience.

Pay attention and pre-plan your visit as select showings are only in french or only in English. A wonderful activity for both a rainy day and a nice one. Screen is huge, seating is assigned. Staff are very friendly. Located right inside the shopping mall beside the amusement park.
