Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Drinks are pricey, but when the US dollar is strong, go! I have been going here with college friends for years, since college. They know how to party and have a great club layout with a lot of bars near the dance floor. The bathrooms are indeed raw, and the age group is mostly under 30, but it is great for exactly that age group!

I had a pretty fun time here. It was my first experience in a nightclub so I don’t have anything to compare it against, but I liked the vibe on the first floor. Good music, plenty of dancing, lots of options at the bar, etc. My friends and I decided against going to the upper levels once we saw that we wouldn’t be allowed to go with our coats on (and that the line to put away coats had at least a 10-min wait). One thing I will say is that I read online that this club is popular with university-aged people, but during my time there on a Saturday night, many looked like people in their 30s to me. Don’t be discouraged if you walk by this place during the day like I did and think it’s totally shut down. They open it up once night comes, and when it is open, you’ll be able to hear it from the street.

Saw a lot of people saying to stay away due to rude bouncers and bar tenders - still decided to go. No one was rude to us, but it was a very strange venue. The clientele was truly only teenagers, which made even me (a 22 year old) feel pretty out of place. To be fair we did go in the middle of March, so not exactly the most popular season, but still very strange. The bartenders did mention tipping a lot, because I assume most people just walk away assuming that it's included, and more power to them. That being said it took me 20 minutes to get my shot sized mix drink after she served the six people that walked up after me - It's a club though so I get it, that's just how those places work. Anyways, I wouldn't call it a terrible experience, it's probably a fun night out for a bunch of young people, but I definitely won't be going back any time soon. One positive was they did have really good music and lights.

Rudest bartenders ever. So I tipped $1 per drink, my usual standard. The bartender had the audacity to straight up tell me to my face that "You didn't tip enough, you need to tip more"... Ummm. A tip is a gratuity. NOT A REQUIREMENT. To tell someone who just paid $7 for a beer that is straight up rude and disrespectful. I don't know how much you guys pay your bartenders but if they are that desperate for tips, I highly suggest paying them a bit more. Never coming back here again and highly don't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better clubs like Ozone and L'Atelier where you'll get treated with much more respect.

The bouncer was incredibly rude to English speaking people and made fun of us for not understanding what he said at first. He even proceeded to mimic us! The drinks were terribly watered down and small for the price and the music was crap. Not good at all.

This had to be one of the worst nightclubs I have visited in my life. Rude bar staff who will make it very clear to you that "No service tax is included" as well as other bar staff who are either very selective in who they serve or are too busy having shots with other clients and not serving. Everyone was packed liked sardines on the dance floor and majority of them are just total jerks. The only highlight for me was walking out the exit door at midnight with a few friends to go back to the hotel. Good riddance!

This place has everything you could want...dancing upstairs rock and roll down stairs. price and location are great. across for our hotel...easy to get back after drinking. the only thing I did not like was being asked to tip her from one of the bartenders. I tip well and when asked i tend not to tip well. the light show upstairs is by far one of the best I have seen. techno music is not my thing and crowd is young and drunk but we had a great time here most nights. when going in let them know you are from the which Hotel and that sent you...no cover. try to speak french and english if you can but be polite if speaking english....it goes a long way....

This is one of the best clubs in Quebec City....

Spent my final night in Quebec City here. The crowd seemed young, 18-25 most likely. I am not usually into the type of music they play here but the atmosphere was really fun and got everyone dancing. They have an amazing light show, smoke machines and also "snow" that falls from the ceiling during some of the songs. The bar service is quiet slow when it is busy, one of the bartenders spent most of the time flirting and drinking himself then actually serving drinks, which was really annoying. Besides that a really fun night out.

This big club is right downtown and fills up most every night they are open. It is generally a younger crowd-the starter club for the 18 year olds that are now old enough to legally drink in the province of Quebec. It has a big open dance floor with the most amazing light and laser show I've seen anywhere. It's all on trusses and chains and is lowered and raised to achieve different effects. They also have video screens that go up and down depending on the music/time of night. There is a smaller lounge/bar type area where they sometimes have live entertainment or play more alternative/hard rock type music for those that are tired of the Top 40/hip hop stuff. Admission is free and drinks are plentiful. First went here more than 20 years ago as part of a new years ski trip to Quebec. Still cool.
