Dining is the thing to do on the Grande Allee. We had lunch on an outside patio and enjoyed the environment and the people watching.

Located in the Quartier Montcalm, this boulevard is a very active and interesting place to visit. It is Route 175. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops to suit anyone's wants. Toward the end is the Musee National des Beaux-Arts. What we found interesting...More

This is a classic tourist service area. The restaurant chocies are generlaly more affordable than what's in the walled city and hotels in this area are in convenient walking distance of the Old City.

We were here when the street was all decked out for NYE. Several "ice bars" setup and lots of great places to eat and drink. It was fun and if I was in Quebec during the summer, I'd be sure to spend more time here...More

We brought in the new year surrounded by many French speaking locals. There was a great live band, the crowd was very involved with the countdown, and the fireworks were decent.
