The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have been an integral part of Canada's historical and cultural landscape since 1873, helping to form and protect our great nation, and playing a significant role in creating the Canadian identity. Situated on the doorstep of RCMP Academy, "Depot" Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, where Mounties have trained since 1885, the RCMP Heritage Centre is appropriately located where the tradition begins. The Centre brings to life the incredible story of the RCMP and its role in the development of Canada using state of the art exhibits, multimedia technologies, and engaging programming and tours.

Had a chance to stop in and visit the RCMP Heritage Centre during our family visit to Regina. The museum was very nice and highly recommend for an adult audience or anyone who has an interest in policing. Our kids enjoyed the museum, however, it did not hold their attention.

Had the chance to visit this centre while attending the RCMP graduation of my niece. What a great historical display of the past and current training of this police force. A must see if you are in Regina and located right at RCMP Depot.

A wonderful place to learn about and experience a very significant part of Canada's history. The self-guided tour of the exhibits is interesting and well-planned. The many artifacts make history come alive. The Sgt Major's Parade is not to be missed. Following the Parade an officier patiently answered questions from the visitors.

This is a very boring cafeteria with horrible food. I hate to think that the cadets have to eat here. I've eaten in some excellent cafeterias but this is not one of the. The food is boring, pprly prepared, tasteless, dry, and not at all nourishing.
