Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited the Suspension Bridge while on a tour from Skagway. It's in a very scenic location and offers great views. The bridge itself is easy to traverse. There are a variety of displays related to the history of the area around the site as well as a snack bar and gift shop.

We enjoyed the visit.

I can't speak higher of the Yukon Suspension Bridge and their crew. The venue has the most spectacular views within hundreds of miles and the bartenders, chefs and staff are all so positive and incredibly kind and accommodating. I got married at this venue and it was the best choice we could have made. Victoria and Russel put all the small touches into making the day special. Plus the weather is always better in the Yukon!!

We rented a car in Skagway and so we have the freedom to stop at attractions and views along the way. We did pass by the Yukon Suspension Bridge back in September 2021, but they were closed due to COVID which was a bummer. Happy they're back for good!

The views on both sides were spectacular especially as we were coming back when the weather cleared up! The Tutshi river was raging wild and that was a sight to behold!

Rudest people ever! We rented a car in Skagway to drive across the Yukon. The rental company recommended this as a stop. We didn't want to do the suspension bridge since we had a handicap person and someone afraid of highs. We were going to grab a bite to eat, get a souvenir and a few had to go to bathroom. We were meet at the gate and no issues, 2 went to gift shop, 2 to restroom and 2 to cafe. I was then approached we had to buy tickets for bridge to be on property! The manager then tells us that unless we spend the 20.00+ per entry we couldn't use the facilities. They refused to let my husband who is handicap, 66 and had cancer to use the bathroom! The gentlemen said closes bathroom was 35 miles back to Skagway. I gathered up everyone and we put back everything we were going to purchase and left. I let the rental car company know if they are going to recommend this stop in the recording, they should also mention you have to get a ticket to go to the bathroom or eat.

Was a nice stop on our drive to Emerald Lake. Actually ended up spending more time here than expected because they have a very nice gift shop. I really liked that you could buy postcards and stamps and then mail your postcards right there! The views are of course stunning and they have a lot of neat informational displays as well.

Great photo opportunities plus walking. A lot to see and do. Walk across suspension bridge is safe and exciting. Has clean bathroom, excellent eating stop and gift shop. Try reindeer chili. It’s good and hot.

A beautiful canyon where the water pours through. The bridge spans the canyon and is an interesting structure. Definitely worth a visit

We did this during our Disney Cruise to Alaska.
We visited the Yukon Suspension Bridge as a part of another excursion- 'City Tour, White pass railway and Yukon Suspension Bridge'.
We took the train to Fraser and was then picked up by our driver, after a short bus ride- we were there!
there is a small gift shop and coffee shop, after walking through this you get to the Suspension bridge, The bridge is sturdy and doesn't sway (unlike other suspension bridges I have been on). It looks down over the river rapids.
Once you cross over the bridge- they have a replica Inuit hut and other artifacts and an amazing viewing area with spectacular views which offers a great photo opportunity of the bridge and the surrounding area. There is also another log cabin with a coffee room with stuffed bears and Mammoth teeth and bones
The coffee shop unfortunately ran out of coffee but you can buy cookies, cake etc.
There is a free fun activity for kids- and on completion, child gets a little prize.
The rest rooms are clean.
