We like to see the falls and it's on the way to Eagle Lake. It was a short hike, climbing a few stairs. But it was disappointing. There's not much water. But what do you expect, California is facing severe drought .

One of the highlights of our trip to Tahoe was the hike down to Vikingsholm and then up to Eagle Falls. Well worth the effort.

This is a very short hike up to the falls...took us maybe 10 minutes. We climbed the stairs to the bridge over the falls too but did not venture on to the lake. Very easy hike to the falls is completely worth the effort though.
