Fantastic golf, lovely place, great parking, family friendly and a great day out.
Not happy that I had to pay for my under 2 year old considering most places they are free. To top it I had to pay an extra £10 the same price as an adult rather than it being half the price. Very disappointed! Considering in one of the other branches I didn’t have to, so I was disappointed because as we all know a 22 month old child is not going to fully play.

We came here early on Saturday afternoon for the first time, as part of my sons birthday weekend. Reasonably priced at £35 for a family of four, we spent around an hour going around the course. This isnt the most challenging or most modern of courses (I had read that the dinosaurs move and make noise, but they must have been turned off when we visited) but it was good fun and my son enjoyed it. Plenty of parking and theres also a golf shop/cafe on site, so you can go and have a coffee and light bite to eat before and after. Would visit again.

We had a lovely time here with my parents and 9yo. The holes were challenging but not too hard and the grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed walking around past the dinosaurs and especially enjoyed spinning the wheel for the added challenge on one of the holes. Part of the water course was turned off but that did not detract from our environment. It took about an hour for us to play all 18 holes and we did not feel hurried or rushed. A very relaxing and pleasant experience!

Despite the sign clearly saying contact less payment on arrive is accepted we were told we must book and pay online. So while we stood just outside the desk area going through the tedious online booking system 2 members of staff stand and chat with nothing better to do. Once booked online (takes about 5-10 minutes, more depending on signal) we then had to go inside to get set up, despite again the signs outside saying a member of staff will be out to set you up to presumably avoid people standing inside waiting. The course itself was fine but very overpriced for an hour of fun minus the 15 minutes to book and get clubs etc.

We are sorry your experience with us was not satisfactory, however it does state on our website and signage that we operate as an online booking system. Booking online guarantees you a time to play. Our staff will ask you to book outside as we have customers coming in and out and this also gives them a chance to clean the surfaces, we are still trying to provide a safe environment for everyone including our staff.

A great way to spend the day out with friends or family ! The dinosaurs are realistic they move and make noises. The golf is fun and
Challenging as you have to figure out and make strategies.
Very well created, loved the set that was created.
Definitely a great recommendation for activity during covid times. Everyone kept there distance.
18 holes 3 people was around £35 pounds which is quite acceptable.
Depending on your level of competitiveness (mine is high) you have lots of fun.

Lots of fun - as much for three adults as it was for the families and children around us. Good facilities and friendly, helpful staff.
It seemed expensive, but when we broke it down it came to £10 per person (for 3) for about an hour and a quarter of great fun. It was worth it for how much we enjoyed ourselves.

The staff were so rude to us. We stayed about 10 min and asked for a refund, they will not give it to us. She even had the audacity to tell me off front of my toddler because he was wondering around the area. When I told her she was being rude, she seem happy with it. Awful experience. Awful place.

The most expensive crazy golf I’ve ever been to. Booked for my two boys to play during half term and it cost £24. At other courses, it is about £10 cheaper and I just pay for them whilst I keep the score. When I arrived, they insisted that I had to play too as apparently there is a “no spectator rule” and charged me another £7! This doesn’t happen anywhere else. Will not be coming back….what a rip off 👎🏻

This is one of the best places Beautiful surroundings and very calm atmosphere. My 7yrs is on autism spectrum therefore not many places I find are as relaxing as this. There weren’t many ppl not too much noise. Weather turned out to be perfect. He really enjoyed And absolutely loved it there.
Staff was very friendly welcomed us with big smile.I’m very much pleased with my experience. Had lots of fun.. will be going there again 🥰

Phoned up today to book a return a visit for 8 people (our first time back since Covid) and to redeem my accumulated Loyalty Card points, only to be told by Jaheim that Dinosaur Escape have scrapped them and they would not be honoured. Jaheim said that the manager, Michelle, would say the say the same.
As a previously regular customer who regularly collected the loyalty card points, I'm surprised and disappointed that the scheme has been scrapped with no notice to registered customers who have previously booked online.

We apologise for the issues this situation has caused, however the loyalty scheme you are referring to is subject to change and can be removed by the company at any given time. The loyalty card has not been accepted for 2 years and many of our loyal customers had been notified via face to face, or on our website at the start of COVID-19.

Do adults need to pay if they aren't playing? Also do you offer free carer admission with disabled guests? Thanks

Adults do not need to pay if they are not playing. However the majority of the group would need to play. For example if 3 adults turned up with one child another adult would have to play.
Carers go free with a paying disabled guest.

We open from 9am to Dusk, Monday to Friday you can purchase tickets from the West London Golf Centre, Whilst during school holidays and weekends our hut is open.
