Breakfast

A group of eight of us attended for breakfast. A good range of food and the service was good. A pleasant time was then spent in the aquarium area

This place is amazing! The staff were so knowledgable and friendly, and spent lots of time with us one-on-one explaining about the different fish. We also stayed for the free afternoon feeding session which was awesome - we got to hand feed the fish, (little) sharks and turtles! A must see for kids (and not so little kids)!

We loved visiting Reefword especially my 1 and 5 year old. It's only a small Aquarium but the fact that your admission allows you to come and go through out the day is great and ensures you get to experience both animal feeding experiences which was a highlight of our holiday. Staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly... More

This little aquarium was lovely. It was small but had a surprisingly large variety of sea life on display, had a small rockpool interactive zone and, of course, the green sea turtle experience. The manager/owner was so friendly and informative - it was really great to have a chat with him about the creatures they look after. We took our... More

The aquarium is small and takes about 45 min for a visit. It is beautifully arranged and fascinating to see the live corals and beatiful tropical fish. As an activity one can feed turtles. A good restaraunt is attached overlooking a beach.

Thanks for a great afternoon at reef world. Kids and hubbie loved feeding the sharks and turtles at 2:30. It was an awsome experience.😀

Even if the aquarium is not very big, it includes a huge variety of marine fauna, and it gives you the possibility of a close encounter with many sea creatures like Green Sea Turtles, Reef fish and even sharks (I was able to pet the sharks while feeding him). The staff is very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and they spend... More

We recently visited the aquarium and thought it was alright but it was quite small and nothing amazing. It's $20 entry each and we were done within a half hour. Inside the aquarium tanks have dirty glass and the water didn't look to clean either and the fish all looked quite sad. There was a small shark in a large... More

We were overwhelmed and loved that we could feed the beautiful Green Sea Turtles and gently touch them as well. This was a super friendly and informative attraction to visit whilst in Hervey Bay, a great one for the kids!
