Incredible experience! Aqualand is amazing for all ages!

Most slides are for age 8 and over, this is to do with height, weight and also swimming ability. We saw some families lie to get on the slides so there may need to be some other way for the staff to confirm this for safety!

The ground is very hot all day long, the shop does sell water shoes, as ugly as they are we ended up buying them to save our feet from burning.

I highly recommend getting there as early as possible, so that you can get a locker €5 each, sun bed and get into the queue for the much larger and more popular slides and get the done early. Though if you miss out on the lockers, it does feel safe enough to leave your bag at the sun bed without risk.

The food is incredibly priced we were shocked at how affordable it was! There are different options however all the ‘ frites lands’ were closed the day we went which was slightly disappointing. Who doesn’t love a good portion of chips poolside.
Highly recommend the Greek grill place, we had a chicken gyros each. They’re huge, and very juicy!

Something I have never seen before is the icecream selection. Since returning to the UK I am on the hunt for the Oreo bites.

Different slides require different float rings which isn't clearly shown and can be a bit frustrating when you’ve walked up so many steps and hilly bits to get all the way to the front and be told.

Some slides have photographers and the option to buy your images, we didn’t use this so we are not sure what that service is like.

All staff are very friendly, explain instructions for the slides very well. A lot of crossing legs, crossing arms and tucking chins down. The wave pool is another fun activity, it’s a bit of a fight to get a rubber ring, and hold on the them during the waves! But all good fun.

Very nice water park and organized very well. It has different areas of slides suitable for the whole family. Numerous umbrellas and deck chairs are available free of charge in the park. Lines aren't very long. For 5€ you can rent a locker to leave documents etc. the prices of the restaurant are very honest and you can have lunch without problems (they also have a gluten-free dish!). The only observation that can be made is the slightly short hours (10am to 6pm). Recommendation for a different day for the family!

Family visit on a Wednesday in August, with our teenager and younger child. We arrived about 15mins before opening time and easily bought wrist bands at the ticket booth. Inside on the left is a building where you can rent lockers (there were hundreds), plus changing rooms and toilets. Sunbeds with shades are plentiful and everyone seemed happy to leave their towels, flipflops/sandals, suncream, water etc.
There was fun for all ages and courage levels; flume queues got a bit too long from mid afternoon but were fine until then. Everything looked clean and well-kept; the water was warm and clean. Lifeguards were vigilant and all carried whistles and first-aid packs etc. A senior first-aider appeared rapidly on a scooter when summoned by walkie-talkie, so procedures seemed good.
Food was available - usual park food e.g. burgers/nuggets and fries - big portions and all reasonably priced.
We walked around barefoot most of the day, but the ground gets hot in the afternoon…some people just shade-hop and others wear flip flops/sandals and leave them at the start of rides.
We had a great day and all enjoyed ourselves.
(That may be too much detail but I like to know how everything works 😃)

My teens saw a poster at the airport and continually nagged until we booked a trip here. Although there is a bus to transfer visitors, the reviews of the service were not very good so we travelled by Uber, which was quite costly (from memory, about 40-50 Euros one-way from Barbati). I did not have great expectations for the day, due to it being peak season and the island bustling with people. I imagined Aqualand to be crammed with bodies everywhere and lengthy waits to go on anything. However, I was wrong and we had a brilliant time!

Slides are great fun and there is also a lazy river and an epic wave pool (plus attractions for smaller children). Although it was busy, it was nothing like a theme park in the school holidays. There were plenty of sunbeds (though we were too active to bother with them much). Queues were manageable (maximum waiting time about 10 minutes or so) as there are so many slides to go on. Staff were very good at managing everyone and took their responsibilities seriously. One point to make to management - put a big sign at the entrance informing people to clear the area at the end of the slides, as this caused lots of whistling from staff (silly people standing around waiting at the base of the slides). Be aware if you need to wear glasses (like me) that you are not allowed them on the slides (I slipped them down my swimming costume!).

Lockers are good, facilities were clean and food and drink very reasonably priced. We would definitely return.

Having read some dodgy reviews we expected the worst but were really pleased with what we experienced. My 8 year old loved it. There's a great variety of things for all ages, loads of sun beds to chill out on and food that was quite reasonable. The locker is a good idea of you have valuables or if you're in a group and someone will always be by your sun bed, you could just leave your bag there. Swim shoes are a good idea as the ground between rides can get very hot. The park got quite busy around midday and the queues got bigger but not so big as to put you off. Just one word of warning: don't hold a cup full of drink and then lean back on your lounger... They have a tendency to just fall backwards! Beautiful views from the tops of some of the slides too.

Great water park with a good mix of daredevil and relaxing rides.

As with most water parks I do wish they had more shaded areas for walking to the top of the slides however it had a great selection of shaded areas for sitting down/ getting out of the sun. The food/drinks always had a very long lines.

Recommend buying tickets before you come as the line is shorter and there is a slight price reduction.

We were a group of 4 with 3 bags and could easily fit all our stuff in one family sized locker.

We stayed at the Aqua Park Hotel attached to this park. This gives you access to the park from 11am to 5pm via a side gate. If you are a paying customer you can get in from 10am to 6pm.

The park has loads of slides for all ages and thrill seekers. Also a large wave pool.

The main ages and heights you need to be aware of are

Ages 8 & 130m

Ages 12 & 140m

Only 4 slides are the upper limit.

There is a baby pool with slides and young rebels slides for those not quite 8.

I have seen some bad reviews for this place but fail to see how anyone could write one.

Positives
1. Loads of slides
2. Queues are never that bad, maybe 5-10 mins max but most of the time 2-3 mins
3. Park is big and has plenty of sitting space
4. Life guards are very pleasant and take their job seriously.
5. Toilets are clean and attended to regularly
6. Food prices are reasonable

Negatives

1. People who visit the park are the ones who can ruin your day. This is beyond the control of the park. Such as people thinking it’s ok to skip queues or hog the inflatables used for the rides.
2. Some people complained about wasps and ants. But there are not that many and I didn’t see any nests. This is a large park or some wild life is expected.

All and all a great aqua park and worth a visit.

Our ticket included transfer from Kavos which picked us up around 9:30. We arrived some 2 hours later (about an hour after the park had opened) and were told the coach back would leave at 17:30 which is a bit of a shame as the park was open until 18:00. The lockers cost €5 or €6 which is fine however their bands use a sensor to open the lockers. That is open eventually, we had to keep getting the staff over, another guy said it took him 15 minutes to open the locker! As another review mentioned, the floor does get hot, there were sandals all over the place.

We ate here first off, the food was reasonably priced and big portions, we could have shared a couple of meals between the 4 of us. However the chicken nuggets we found small, overcooked and tough, we couldn't eat them. Having better descriptions of what food was on offer on the park maps would have been handy as there's pizza near the lazy river only found on floating past. With the time being valuable there I wish we had taken some snacks to eat instead.

The waterpark itself is fantastic, the best I've seen outside of Florida. Great range with something for everyone!

Such a good waterpark for couples and families.

There are lockers available to store your stuff but we did feel safe leaving our towels/sun cream/ sunglasses on our sunbeds.

The food and drinks are fairly expensive but not too bad for a nice day out, the floor does get extremely hot so I would recommend getting a cheap pair of flip flops to have while you go on the rides.

There are also a great mix of rides and small fish spa which I wish we had tried out.

So impressed with aqualand water park, safe, clean, soo many slides for all ages. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they had a perfect balance between keeping rides safe and limiting queues. We visited the end of may and didn't wait longer than a couple of minutes on any slide, most of the time we went straight on the slide. We visited everyday on a 7 night night holiday and our experience was brilliant everyday,
