We took an Eco Tour through Vallarta Adventures to visit the islands in April 2017. The crew were wonderful - very friendly, attentive, and entertaining! It was quite a boat ride to get to the islands, but we couldn't actually get onto land because the islands are protected. We didn't get to explore any rock caverns or archways. The water... More

This was one a kind places on earth to visit. Let me start with the crew that provided an outstanding service. They all made sure your were catered too and were safe and enjoying yourselves. The island is a true jewel of the nature from the various birds on the island and fish in the water. The snorkeling was good... More

We went on a so-called Eco tour. It was anything but ecological....too many people just dumped in poor snorkeling conditions at best. While that is not the fault of the tour company the conditions of the water clarity at a given day/ season....they should know that hordes of inexperienced tourists do not an Eco-friendly tour make. Only small quiet boats... More

Boat leaves at 7:30 a.m. Beautiful ride on open water as the sun rises (in April). Water is cold and visibility is quite poor. No really great fish. Marietas is a bird sanctuary, so you're also swimming in that excrement :(. This is a good cruise if you're just looking to get out on open water, as the crew is... More

My boyfriend and I had been researching for months to find a company that would get us out to hidden beach in an allocated time as I was in Puerto Vallarta on a cruise ship. We found Eco Tours who changed a departure time to a later time just so we could do it! Melissa our tour guide was so... More

We took a tour boat out to the Marietas because we love nature and it is a preserve loved by Jacques Cousteau. Honestly the islands were interesting but not stunning, the snorkeling was mediocre and the bird watching nothing special. I would not do this again.

We booked our trip online before we went to Vallarta and couldn't have been more pleased with this tour! The gentlemen who took us out to sea were so funny and made us feel comfortable about jumping into the water. The waves were pretty high but knowing that we had someone experienced going in with us made us feel safe.... More

Don't book beach boys trip unless you are the kind of person that just wants to have photos making it look like you had a good time, without actually having a good time. You go snorkelling for enough time to have your photos taken, but you have to wear a lifejacket so you can't dive down, and their snorkels suck.... More

The islands are beautiful and the nature surrounding, it is a experience that must go! The only negative point are the catamaran and a lot of people in the islands.
