Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

PALACIO CLAVIJERO They were about to close and they gave us the opportunity to enter the main patio to breathe a little culture, a beautiful carved wooden door welcomed us to that main patio of the old Colegio de San Francisco Javier until 1967.

In the center is a fountain surrounded by pink stone arches with a divine blue sky. This baroque-style construction began in 1660 and was completed in 1763. It served as a state congress until 1824. It currently functions as a Cultural Center where all types of cultural activities are promoted. cultural activities.

It is beautiful to enter this place and feel the culture through its beautiful architecture. Thank you for the opportunity to enter even though the doors were already closed. The warmth of your collaborators made me feel that their mission is important to them. this place of transmitting culture.

This is an important building for Morelia’s history. It has a beautiful baroque style and some murals inside. They always have art exhibits and other cultural activities inside. Worth visiting!

This is one of Mexico's best libraries, but it's not easy to find. The listings online are under several different names, but the primary name is Biblioteca Publica Universitaria y Fondo Antiguo. 10 to 15 minutes are all you need to see this small library, but it is a must-visit if in Morelia. A huge pink haciendastyle mansion, converted to a museum. Free of charge, you will enter a large courtyard devoid of all decorations. Do not mind that, enter the exhibits and you are in for a treat, a diversity of art on display, ranging from installations to photography, paintings and sculptures. It is so worth a visit, and only a 5 minute stroll from the cathedral.

Close to the cathedral and worth a short visit. Feels more like an old church filled with antiquarian books than a library. Free admission and just a ten or fifteen minute visit is needed. If you are a lover of libraries a must see while in Morelia.
