You are only allowed to spend an hour and 15 minutes in the place, but since the owner doesn't speak English you aren't told this. Even though the place is open all day and more people were constantly arriving, he made sure everyone left after their 75 minutes were up. You need to run past all of the fields and... More

The medieval village was quite interesting. The kids loved walking around letting their imagination run wild. It's interactive enough as you can walk into the different buildings and get a glimpse of what life could have been like.

I loved this place.My wife and I spent a good hour or more walking around it. The buildings were very interesting and there was much to absorb. Probably not great for small kids but I think teenagers would be interested. Plaques in different languages helped, and there was a good quality film at the end. the local people who developed... We were amazed how detailed this Fermes was - the buildings were so interesting, the herb garden and the farmyards too. Well done to the enterprising people who have managed to achieve such a high standard here. Buy some of the honey - it is absolutely delicious!
