Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Right on the side of the road the water is flowing over the rocks. My husband tried the waters but I did not. Good stop and it's free.

These springs are located alongside the Georgian Military Road.
The chemicals in the water leave a "rusty" coloured residue. It is the Georgian version of Turkey's Pamukkale (but much smaller).

We had a great time exploring it. Surprisingly the mineral spring is not sliperry at all. We even tried the spring water across the road. A pity though that there's no decent toilet as after a long drive is a necessity. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

The springs are located on the Georgian Military road. The minerals in the water have imparted strange colors to the rocks and they stand out from the surroundings both in summer and winter. You can see water dripping over the beige colored rock formation to one side of the road. Across the road, there is a spring where you can drink the mineral water or fill your bottle with it. You can also climb up the rocks for some great views and photos.

You can see several similar so called springs but this is the biggest. It is nice to stop and take some photos. Quite impressive and just at the main road.

Mineral water is coming out from the ground and flowing to the ground. It’s like a miniature of Cappadocia. The ground is pink and different from adjacent. During the trip in Georgia, we found that mineral water, especially gas water taste so good, this scenery was very interesting for us. I l was told Georgians hardly buy water. Tap water is good enough!
