Excellent paragliding experience but not very promising booking system

I did paragliding with SkyAtlantida on 2 Jan 2020 for the Flying Winter Canyon. The pilot was very experienced and I felt safe and enjoyed the ride from the beginning till the end. I originally booked the flight on 1 Jan 2020 but have waited for 1.5 hours outside their office for the staff to get in touch with me and told me that she's overlooked my booking. My flight has to be rescheduled to 2 Jan 2020 and I have wasted an afternoon waiting which I could have spent skiing at the resort. Having said that, I think the paragliding experience was great.

But alas, in Georgia there is no law prohibiting paragliding. If you decide to paraglide: We advise you to book your flight in advance by checking out the company and pilots licenses. Absolutely fantastic. Anatoli and Dimitri are World Class pilots, with decades of experience in all conditions. Trained by their lovely father of 72, a paratrooper who helped them setup and land safely.

My fiancé and I flew together, with the two brothers constantly in contact with each other to check the best flight paths and safety.

30 minutes in the sky soaring like Eagles if conditions allow.

If you do not want to get ripped off or scammed, support this Ukrainian family.

We worked directly with Anatoli’s wife, Natalia on whatsapp.

If you are searching well experienced pilot for your first tandem paragliding you must go with SkyAtlantida. Mr. Anatoli is passionate explorer and excellent pilot. Inspite of cloudy weather he made our flight mesmerising. Their manager Ms.Nataliya is very cooperative. Their safety protocols and equipment are highly recommended. Smooth take off, perfect landing and wonderful flight control.
Overall best experience at Gudauri thanks team SkyAtlantida.

Wonderful gliding

Had a great experience with Dimitri today. The flight was smooth and were able to fly like a bird ☺️ Felt very safe during the flight and Dimitri was very good to make instruction to make the whole experience unforgettable and his partner was being helpful too while prepping to take off. Natalia has been a good help too in
Line with the book and she recommended me a good hotel with a beautiful view at the balcony. It is at Tsar Bhani. And the two ladies at the hotel are very lovely too and helpful. Will definetly recommend the pargliding and the hotel

ATTENTION! Be vigilant, near Gudauri at the monument - Panorama (Gudauri View Point), as well as at the place of paragliding starts, there are NO representatives of the SkyAtlantida team. If you want to fly with the SkyAtlantida team, book paragliding via WhatsApp +995551355000 in advance, or purchase tickets on the spot at our office located in New Gudauri, block 1, room 114. After the meeting, you will go to the paragliding take-off area with our flight instructor. We are issuing this warning here as there are a number of intermediaries of other "paragliding companies" offering to fly and luring tourists by posing as members of the SkyAtlantida team. At the moment, there are a huge number of start-up "paragliding companies" in Georgia, as well as "pilots" who do not have sufficient flight experience and licenses confirming their qualifications. For your safety, We do not recommend using this kind of service. And we are talking here not only about poor quality service, but also about the harm to your health. Tandem paragliding is awesome!!!!

First time to do tandem paragliding. Sky Atlantida is one, if not the best company in Gudauri for this activity. Our group was received and accomodated professionally by Natalia. From the ride to the top to the actual ride, my pilot Anatolii was very good. He describes to you what's gonna happen and gave a roller coaster type of landing, definitely superb for those looking for an exhilirating experience.

Highly professional and experienced

Dmitriy understands the weather , place very well and he is a highly professional guide having a big experience- he will not take us if the weather is not supportive. My wife was scared but he did patiently responded to all our queries - and the landing and take off was so smooth. I really recommend them. Only tip would be to take cash as card has charges.

Highly recommended with this team! We had a great time!

I was given a flight

This flight was given to me, I didn’t even think or dream. Impressions - delight! Gudauri itself is already beautiful, and looking at the mountains from a bird's eye view is even more beautiful))) The pilots are professionals. Anatoly landed me carefully on my feet, most of them slowed down with their butts into a snowdrift)) I recommend looking for this particular company, because not all the pilots at the resort are qualified, before my eyes one Georgian pilot tried to fly away 3 times and they fell down the slope on their belly, it looked scary .

Gudauri Paragliding is highly recommended and is amazing at their job!

I travelled by myself to Georgia and spend 3nights at Gudauri area the mountains around is incredible. And i took a chance to go for Paragliding thinking this is worth doing while i’m here and i never regret my decision, my paragliding instructor Anatoli was amazing very professional at his job and always checking if i was okay and if i’m having fun. I was so glad i went for him do to my paragliding. I highly recommend this guy to everyone who would look to do the same activities as you need someone professional. I would definitely come back again! Thank you Anatoli and Natalie for making my trip worthwhile. xxx

Diving through the sky

It was our first flight at all. Despite the bad weather in the beginning Dmitry and Sergei try their best to find a awesome place for a start. And they found it near to the Aragvi canyon.
They are very helpful, friendly, openminded and having funny and interesting stories to tell.
They provided us a warm and windproof jacket. Any equipment were check twice and after a short introduction we start our extraordinary flight with special tricks.
