Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited on the way back to Perth as it is located 5 minutes off of the Albany Highway and this was the perfect way to end our holiday in the South West. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, it is a real family run business and it was like being welcomed into their home. We had a tasting on their verandah with stunning views over the Stirling Ranges. I particularly liked the Cabernet Sauvignon which was served and the staff were very knowledgeable talking us through the different ways each taste was created and the various awards which each wine had won. Once we were finished with the tasting we took the opportunity to enjoy more of the view and sit out with the wine we had just purchased. As a group that didn't know too much about wine, the owners were happy to sit and chat with us and also were able to offer lots of advice on other interesting places we could visit in the area. I definitely plan to return next time I am in the area and would recommend to everyone.

A lovely spot to enjoy top quality Arcadia wines with awesome views over the vines to the Stirlings in the distance. The hospitality of the owners is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The pizzas are better than any gourmet restaurant. A visit to this venue in Kendenup is a must do for every local or traveller.

We attended a wedding here in may and all I can say is WOW. The setting is just gorgeous with a backdrop of the Porongorups in the distance over the vineyard. The elevated verandah was the perfect location to sit and enjoy the view and the formalities. The hosts went out of their way to make sure the day went smoothly even catering to different food allergies and requirements. And all with a smile! They really did a great job. Oh and their wines are great too! Make sure you drop in if you are in the area.

We tried to visit on the advice of a local but after ringing the published phone number were advised that they have essentially closed and are only open by appointment. We got a strong impression that such appointments are rare.

Sorry ChrisVal17, we had only just closed our cellar door and still trying to work out whether we would open for appointments. Very sorry to have disappointed you.

We had a beautiful lunch at Arcadia wines as part of the Mt barker graze. The setting is amazing with shady trees or a large verandah to sit and enjoy the view of the rolling farmland across to the picturesque Stirling ranges with their changing colours as the sun moves across the afternoon. Gaye and John as the owners, very welcoming and nothing is any trouble. The snapper sliders for lunch were very tasty, crumbed snapper fillets with a fresh Asian salad accompanied with a sweet soy and wasabi dressing. Paired with their own Riesling was a perfect match. We were a large noisey crowd and made very welcome! Would highly recommend the drive to this amazing winery!

Had lunch here today after being told about it by a friend. Did the wine tasting which was great. Had a bottle of SSB with a couple of wood fired pizzas and just enjoyed the serenity. The views of the ranges are just breathtaking. Will be coming back!
