Once finished (in a few more years), this will be a great spot. The city's tourism should be greatly improved once waterfront shops and attractions are added.

Interesting walk. Very hot during the day, but in the morning, you can watch the fishermen going out. Nicely paved walk/jogging area.

It's a very nice place for a walk up in the morning or the evening to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.

There are several seafood restaurants along the promenade, we ate at "Los Delfines" and enjoyed the food and the view. After that we took a walk looking the sundown and feeling the sea breeze.

While it is a lovely walking/biking/jogging path there are no real restaurants or shops on or even that close to it. You have to cross a very busy street to get to them

The waterfront has a nice pathway along it but it's a pretty bland place. No beach to speak of, no restaurants or bars or shops for that matter. All those are inside the old city wall. You just get buildings and the odd jogger or...More
