Fabulous day with Lesley and Jackie today. Such lovely friendly ladies. Cooked a lot, learnt a lot, ate a lot sat in her gorgeous garden. Food likes and dislikes brilliantly taken into account for everyone Would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a fabulous hosts Leslie Waters and her team Caz and Steve were today for our Divas demonstration lunch.
It’s great entertainment as well as a teaching forum and of course the bonus of eating it all after. Double yum!
I’ll definitely be making all the delicious foods demo’d today.
Lesley and Caz were so friendly, approachable and informative you felt you were in a chum’s kitchen.
Absolutely lovely day, I’ll definitely be back for more.
Pleasure to share the day with Penny, Betsy, Helen, Rosemary, Jacky, and Amy.

I was given vouchers for a big birthday last year and so enjoyed my ‘hands on’ day with Lesley and her team on a miserable day, 11 October - what better way to spend it than on an autumnal vegetarian cooking course. I had such fun with 3 other ladies preparing hummus, baba Ganesh, and all sorts for starters followed by a seasonal main, salads and a delicious orange polenta cake. We sat down to enjoy the fruits of our, Lesley and Sian’s labours as they were prepared and all came away with lots of ideas and recipes of course. A wonderful gift and one to remember. Thank you to Lesley and her team for making it such an enjoyable day,.

Simply the best afternoon spent last Saturday (5th October 2019) at Lesley’s Autumn Harvest Demonstration Day.
The Cookery School setting is just beautiful and the welcome from Lesley and her friendly team was so very kindly, attentive and welcoming.
Lesley cooked every dish with fabulous energy ~ brimming with tips, humour and inspiration.
A full recipe pack was provided at the start of the demonstration for all of her dishes ~ which we jotted on throughout as she utterly inspired with her expertise.
At the end of the demonstration we all sat to enjoy lunch which exceeded expectation. All of the dishes that Lesley had prepared were displayed on a table which could only be described as generously overflowing with high quality, delectable, mouthwatering dishes ~ both savoury and sweet.
An absolute must ~ highly enjoyable . highly professional . highly recommend!

I've just attended one of Lesley's Autumn Harvest Demonstrations with my two sister in laws. Such a fun, entertaining 3-4hrs. Lesley and her team were so warm and welcoming and special mention must go to front man Steve and her righthand lady "Jacs". Lesley is so friendly and makes the whole experience fun! Large selection of very tasty recipes which I'm not sure how she managed to do them all in the time but so glad she did as we got to eat them all at the end! Tea/coffee on arrival, prosecco half way through and chilled water throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed, highly recommended and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Attended a wedding here and was totally blown away! The setting is fabulous and the food was delicious and plentiful. Lesley and her friendly, young, polite staff were so welcoming and absolutely nothing was overlooked. It was an absolute delight.

lovely selection of recipes again, set my brain thinking! My cousin really enjoyed the demo! She had never been to anything quite like that before. I'm longing to make the butternut squash pie.Thank you again Lesley and team.

A wonderful morning spent watching Lesley Waters and team in action. Wonderful food to taste, every course was delicious and the recipes are thankfully simple, full of easily obtained ingredients and inspiring. No question went unanswered and there were lots of tips, ingredient exchange ideas and fun anecdotes. A wonderful morning for myself and my Aunt and we will definately be going again!! Great experience for the cost too.

You couldn't fail to enjoy this experience. Wonderful recipes with loads of good hints and tips and Lesley and her team are just great. The whole event is really relaxing and fun and you're mde to feel really welcome - like part of their family.Really enjoyable
