Great show!
Mar 2020 • Friends
Came here to see the comedian Jim Davidson. We entered the theatre swiftly and found our seats. We had great seats in row F, which had plenty of leg room and space. The show was really good and I would definitely return here to see more shows

Cabaret at the Churchill
Aug 2019
We had a lovely evening seeing Cabaret at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley. It is a great local theatre providing good seating and views of the stage. After a fire alarm delayed the show we were not sure it would go ahead. However the show did go on and the cast gave an outstanding performance, particularly John Partridge and Anita Harris.

Saturday night FEVER
Mar 2020
yesterday afternoon had the pleasure of seeing Saturday Night Fever at the Churchill Theatre with friend. And was absolutely blown away with the show. It was fantastic. couldn't take my eyes off the stage, as so much to look at. The guy who played Tony was fabulous and his dancing was a joy to watch. Everyone played their part so well. Even the BeeGees sounded like the original. everyone that sang was so good. I didn't want the show to end.

The show was brilliant but the theatre is shabby
Mar 2020 • Couples
We booked to see Some Mothers Do Ave 'em with Joe Pasquale at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley.
The show was brilliant -we loved every minute of it but the venue itself was tatty in places and shabby in others.
A regional theatre charging West End prices for tickets and West End prices for drinks and sweets.
No ice cream at the interval unless you wanted to go to the bar and buy one.
Won't be coming back here again.

Swan lake ballet
Feb 2020 • Couples
Very comfortable large seats. I liked that the circle is on ground level. The ballet was beautiful and had a happy ending.

What a great little theatre
Feb 2020 • Couples
We went to the Churchill for the first time and what a brilliant theatre it is! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, seats have plenty of leg room and the theatre is well laid out.
We purchased the dining seats which gives you a two course meal before the show and is excellent value. Menu is small but food quality good and you can come back to the table in the interval.
Would recommend this theatre and we are already looking and booking our next visit.

Beautiful
Jan 2020
The show was fantastic. Superb actors and actresses made for a feelgood atmosphere. Definitely worth seeing this show. The theatre seats are comfortable and much better than the West End theatre seats too!

Beautiful!
Jan 2020 • Couples
Went to see the Carol King story (Beautiful), what a fantastic evening's entertainment.
Once again we commented on how fortunate we are to be able to walk to the Churchill and how much better the experience is from the comfortable seats and the generous leg room compared to the traditional London theatres. The Churchill has lower sear prices compared to the London theatres effectively two for one! And no transport problems.
My only request to the management is "could you consider re-opening the under seat storage?" It was covered many years ago during the London bombings and it would make moving along the seat rows much easier.

Motown Show and Meal
Dec 2019 • Friends
Work Xmas do. Room very festive and Motown show was fine, but food pretty mediocre and mostly cold; for £45 wasn’t great value.

Is there a restaurant in the theatre?
Alan P

A little late replying, but there is a newly renovated restaurant and bar. Prior to being refitted it was fairly bland and the food on offer was fairly limited, mailny because people need to be served quite quickly. The food was not bad and not too expensive, but in all fairness it is worth doing onlyif you do not have time tobeable to eat elsewhere. I would suggest that the Theatre make a concerted effort to open a bit earlier and ensure the visitors are able to enjoy the whole thing a little less rushed. The servers at the time did make a good effort, and hopefully that has at least continued.

Does anyone know if this theatre has booster seats for kids?
susie1717m

Hello Lisa,
Well unless things have changed this Theatre has a rather strange policy whereby you pay £5 for the seat and then keep it !!
So, if you have 2 or 3 children you could pay up to £15 and then have to carry them home and store them somewhere.
I know at The Orchard Theatre in Dartford they are free or 50p.
Aside from that it's a lovely Theatre with great views and Leg room.
Hope you get to see a lovely show.
Good luck!

Where is better to sit, the circle or the stalls at the front (row D)?

Actually the theatre is sloped well enough that you get a good view from most seats, I was in the stalls row q

Is row a stalls going to give me a pain in the neck?
Carol E
Dartford, UK51 contributions
I would I always avoid the front stalls because generally one has to look up all the time, and yes, it does tend to give a pain in the neck! I would save front row stalls for the times you want to be seen by those on stage or just get as close as you can!
