Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I originally found this as the London LOOP section 2 runs though it, so I came back later to have a walk around. Its a lot bigger than I originally thought.
I went in November and it rained heavily but most of the paths are are pretty solid underfoot but there are a few muddy sections.
There is a circular walk with bear sculptures to see. Picnic area with tables and benches. Realy nice to see the winter colours on the trees and bushes.

I 1st started walking round here about 30 years ago and it’s still a lovely walk. Nice place to take the dog for a walk, it’s a shame the moat house was fenced off last time I went

Nice quiet walk in the woods. The footpaths were well maintained with a group of volunteers clearing away a fallen tree as I was there.

Off a very busy this is a haven of peace and wildlife'. We saw a fox and a badger’s lair, and loads of parakeets! Not sure I like them much! The area is huge and we are blessed to have such open spaces in London and it surrounds.

Literally blink on the road and you’ll miss the car park and drive past. Very small car park but managed a space no problem. I have a feeling that’s because locals know this park and knew that due to the rain yesterday, it would be a mud fest!! We did the Acorn trail and it took us 1hr. Many parts for long periods were slushy thick mud. Fun but slowed us down. It was a pleasant walk but we probably wouldn’t come again. We like parks and forests with a bit more interest/views etc.

Beautiful wooded walks in the suburbs of London. Great to get away from the traffic and explore the trails and greenery.

It was a pleasant walk in the woods. It’s a loop and you will not get lost! 😬I would say give about 2hours. There is also a picnic area with tables and bench where you can have your packed lunch or snacks. A good place to bring your dogs for walk too! Remember to wear a good pair of shoe/wellies as it gets muddy with the January weather! 😉

One thing this pandemic has shown me is what places are local to us.
Never been to this park before. Even after all the rain we had on Thursday. It was pretty good walking surface. There was the old muddy spot
There are several routes you can take and they are fair walks to complete a circuit.
We will definitely return to do an other walk.

Local to me, Scadbury is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Local history explained at waymarkers on routes through the woods by using QR codes or viewing online before hand.
Always good for relaxing and clearing the mind.

Only if you keep to the main paths around the park. In some places, it can be difficult and it can also, be very wet and muddy. Not recommended in the winter months.

Where are the horses here ?

There are very few horses that belong to Scadbury park farm and they are fenced in meaning that you can not get near them. The farm is located near the main car park off Old Perry street.
There is no public access to the farm.

Coffee shop? - do you mean the nearby Pub?
Scadbury Park Visitor Experience Manager
London, UK1 contribution
There are many coffee shops on the local Chislehurst High Street and on Royal Parade, a 10-15 min walk away from the entrance of the park, and yes there is the local pub 1-2 min walk away from the Perry Street Entrance
