Very nice day spent on the sea!!
Not only a touristic trip, really a party boat! Nice people, good food and a lot of beverages!
The crew: outstanding!
Idea: really impressive! Not a boring day doing snorkeling as usual..

Patrick and his team is perfect!
I took my parents to Mauritius and they are super satisfied with this dolphin trip.
It is beyond our expectation!!!
can't believe I really see the dophin! :)
The service is great, the food is very delicious! We got snacks and drinks on the boat and had fresh lobster, fish during lunch! And we even got sea urchin caught by crew!!!
All the crew is very nice, interesting and considerable! I love u all!!
And Patrick, I am Vivi. My family wanna say thank you to u and ur team!
I will definitely recommend it to my friends!!

The day started with Patrick collecting us from our hotel at the designated time to drive us to meet the crew and the rest of the trippers. A run up the coast and we were lucky enough to see the dolphins. This only got better when two sperm whales appeared and we followed them down the coast for an hour or so. Then it was fishing for sea urchins, washed down with white wine. On for some snorkeling before heading to an island where bbqd lobster and tuna were served up. A final swim then back to shore and dropped back to our hotel. The boat crew were superb as well as great fun. I can't recommend this strongly enough. As for value for money..... you just can't go wrong.

booked for the L'amistad experience and to get it right out there, we did not get to swim with the dolphins which was the main purpose for the excursion to no fault of anyone but conditions though it sort of foretold our experience aboard the L'Amistad. It was a disappointment, quite possibly because we are not french speakers. During the whole experience we were divided into 2 groups the french speakers and "the others" and as usually happens you don't want to be on "the others" to whom attention is an after thought.

There were 8 of us, so unbeknown to us, the l'amistad was left anchored elsewhere and we were all bundled into a speedboat for the same trip. It is June, the start of the Mauritian winter, and we understand that it might be rougher on the sea and you can never guarantee to see Dolphins. We spent nearly two hours searching for them, the two guides did their best but it wasn't to be. It would have been too rough to swim with them anyway. One of our party had back problems so a speedboat was not her choice of boat! There was no canopy ( I didn't want to get burnt on my first trip) no breakfast or diving for sea urchins, no captain that others reviews speak so highly of, no music to dance to on way back.... You get the picture....It was none of our choice of boat.We had all paid for the trip on L'amistad! I am certain that the trip on l'amistad is a marvellous experience as all the other reviews say it is.....unfortunately for the same money we were not afforded the same experience because there was Less of us without our knowing about it. We were given full refunds but that was only after one of our party became really angry on the phone with the organiser!! Thanks to her. However we were all excited as this trip has such rave reviews...before booking just CHECK THAT THERE ARE ENOUGH OF YOU BOOKED so they don't try to fob you off with a different boat!.... Very sad about it as I had really looked forward to the trip. I did however experience the advertised trip & saw Dolphins on another day with a different company!

Vous avez été placé sur le bateau que nous utilisons l’hiver car la veille nous avons eu un sabotage sur le bateau qui nous a obligé le matin même a prévoir de vous mettre au dernier moment sur le speed boat.
Tout ceci vous a été expliqué par mail et vous avez tous été remboursé de votre journée et même bien au delà.
Je ne comprends pas votre mécontentement si ce n’est uniquement dans le but de faire du mal.
Le bateau est réparé depuis, mais sachez que l’Amistad (le bateau) n’est pas le seul bateau de notre flotte et que nos avis ne sont pas uniquement basé sur ce bateau.
Il aurait peut être fallu dire que vous teniez a être sur celui-ci au départ nous vous aurions reporté à un autre jour après réparation.

We have just spent a perfect day in the company of Nella Simon and her crew. The day starts with excellent pastries and just gets better, off to swim with the dolphins, which we have to say this was spectacular. Here you must know that mary and myself are bio aquatic therapists and work in the Bahamas and Bali with all types of dolphins so we are quite picky. The crew were perfect in their approach respectful and yet able to get us to the water with the pod. YAY Bottle-nose and spinners. Worked really well with the kids and less than strong swimmers.
Then off to sample fresh caught sea urchin served with lemon and white wine, then lunch of fresh lobster wonderful local cuisine and of course wine.
Highly recommended

We have be very happy to welcome aboard Amistad the specialists Are Dolphins come from the Atlantic over side Ocean.
Dolphins Mauricians are wild but they love people generally.
It is them who know how to distinguish who are best or bad.
Carry the good word has your fellow countrymen, the Mauritian tourism generally will welcome them arm open.

We stayed a couple of Days in La Gaulette and booked the trip with the L'Amistad spontaneously after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. We did the Dolphin swim trip with them and it has been an incredible experience. We dived for sea urchins and they prepared them on the boat so we could taste them. With a bit of Jungle Juice (Rum+Juice) and a nice sip of Phoenix Beer we ended the day with a lesson of Sega dancing on the boat himself.

After a lot of research on dolphin trips while at mauritius we chose this activity and we were not disappointed at all .It is a full day activity with the dolphin watch ,snorkelling, good drinks , lunch at a private island with lobsters , sunset , the crew ensures you even dance before winding up. We made some new friends across the globe during our trip .Kudos to Nella ,Kunal and the entire team . This indeed turned out to be one of the best day well spent on our holiday at mauritius .Highly recommended :-)

This made for a perfect boat tour and day at sea. The crew was remarkable. So friendly, relaxed and made the trip even more fun. Not only did we manage to swim with dolphins they made it a point to make each of us comfortable at sea and with all the activities. If you don't do this you missed out on a great great outing. Amistad all the way! Thank you, kunal, Kevin and Oliver! Loved every bit.

Nous sommes actuellement à grande baie, et nous désirons venir dans 4 ou 5 jours pour la nage avec les dauphins, je voudrais savoir s’il faut impérativement qu’on trouve un hôtel près de tamarin ou s’il existe un autre moyen pour arriver jusqu’à vous... Merci d’avance pour votre réponse

Pouvez vous me dire si vous étiez sur le bateau ROUGE...... si c'est le cas vous étiez bien sur l'Amistad, ou alors envoyez moi les photos du bateau Deam Dolphin ce que je doute...... car j'ai eu Carine au Téléphone et elle confirme bien que vous étiez sur l'Amistad, ce que m'a confirmé Capitaine Kevin et Akshay qui étaient tous deux la ce jour la., Les clients de l'Amistad qui ont laissé leurs avis, apprécierons votre avis, car il n'existe pas de bateau plus confortable a Maurice.

l'hiver nous sortons souvent avec le speed boat et nos clients le savent et cela ne pose aucun probleme.
Ce que notre dernière cliente n'a pas apprécié a été le fait d'avoir été partagée avec les clients d'une Ste amie avec qui nous avons de très bonnes relations, la journée a ete la même mais l'avis déposé est négatif car pour elle elle n'est pas sortie avec nous mais avec une autre Ste. l'Amistad Est un état d'esprit, une organisation très différente de toutes les autres, et c'est ce que qui nous différencie. Je vous remercie pour votre avis qui lui prouve bien que même quand on sort avec le speed boat, la sortie reste magique et nos clients Satisfait, c'est la notre premier souci, que nos clients soient le plus satisfait possible.
Dans l'attente de vous revoir un jour a notre Bord, speed boat ou Amistad, quel que soit le bateau nos clients sont toujours pleinement satisfait.
