When on IOM it is imparative to take in the Seven Kingdoms which can only be done atop Snaefell Mountain. And the unobstructed views of the racers are the icing on the cake.

We were fortunate to be able to go up Snaefell. I would do your best to plan around the weather - it was snowy on the top when we went in April. But the restored cars were lovely and lots of wildlife to see on...More

Lucky to see the 7 Kingdoms today: nice gentle climb using the electric train up thought about walking back down but a local advised not to as track fairly overgrown in places so was lazy and returned by train

The scenery all around the summit of Snaefell is absolutely wonderful. You can see for miles in any direction and on clear days you can see Ireland. Snaefell is a lovely place to visit and we would recommend it

With the all inclusive day pass on the trains it really is a must do trip, but is nothing spectacular. Sure, you can see the seven heavensbut the scenery is better loser to the coast. Worth the trip but marginal.

Take a coat as it can be quite windy and cold but great views, Th cafe is adequate but nothing outstanding foodwise but the views make up for it.
