We travelled both ways on this railway, clearly,or we would not be now writing this review. On the first journey, the seats were simple wooden slats, rather uncomfortable for the 30 minute trip. They are also, of necessity, rather narrow, so do try not to sit...More

A really nice, old fashioned ride up the mountain. Views of the Laxey wheel on the way up and fabulous views all round from the top. Well maintained, polished wood carriage - lovely Victorian feel to it all.

We took the train up the Snaefell mountain to watch the races. What a hoot. The views are excellent complete with commentary. The cars are classics and have all the charm of riding in an authentic antique.

Hi Joe, I’ve been to Wang a few times have friends there. If your ever in the Uk would recommend a visit to IOM. It was our first time there always had wanted to go. Was not disappointed.
