Lovely clean beach. Had a great couple of hours blowing away the cobwebs. The steps back up after were a killer on the calves mind

Having usually headed from Manchester to the more commonly known Formby and Crosby, a colleague put me onto this gem. £2 to park all day, beautiful beach and a great cafe on the junction, this place is fantastic

Good spot to go for a wander. Stop at the car park near Thursaston and do a circular route along the pathway to the beach and then sleep no the beach to the Boating Club and back

Thurstaston Beach is great for walks. There are some fantastic views across to North Wales. Lots of bench’s and picnic tables near The Visitor Centre on the cliffs. There is a cafe near the beach which has outside seating.

I haven't but you could. However, up in the park area by the car parking there are purpose built brick bbq 's and seating areas around for families/ groups . Perfect area for a team bbq.
