Enjoyed the water buffalo ride to the buffet, sat in the front row and would not recommend because the animal wags its tail and got some mud to the face. Beautiful setting to have a buffet style of Filipino cuisine underneath the waterfall. Since it rained just before we got there the buffet was held inside, the servers went above... More

Traveled here with a group of 8 plus 1 child on a Saturday. This former plantation was well maintained and offered a bunch of things to do such as rafting on a bamboo raft and visiting the museum. Villa Escudero is a unique place. The dining by the waterfalls is the highlight of this visit. The experience is something special and buffet served is lovely Filipino dishes. The service is great and the property has lovely pink church that the family converted into a museum filled with large antique Catholic relics and statues used to this day when... More

It was a hot day. Kids loved the carabao pulling the cart. There is someone serenading you as you take in the historic old buildings. It looked like a plantation turned resort. The highlight is the lunch is served at the waterfalls where you eat filipino foods and soak your feet. It was a different kind of experience. Not for... More

We got the day trip package (1400 pesos) it came with buffet at the waterfall restaurant, carabao cart ride, cultural show and museum tour. If you want, you can try raft rowing. It's worth the drive and price. The experience in waterfall restaurant would definitely be the highlight of the day.

So expensive. Even my Kid who is 10 has to pay full rate around 1,200 pesos for Lunch Rafting and cultural show. He didn't eat a lot. The food is only pancit, chicken and inihaw na Tilapia. My son slipped on the rocks while getting his food.

It's a quiet place where you can just sit in the veranda of the cottage and read my favorite book , overlooking the lake. I like to local food, the carabao ride and the local scenary. I feel so close to the nature.

Great venue for a day trip - there is the museum and old plantations grounds to explore. Highlights for me was lunch in the lagoon at the bottom of the (man made) waterfall - food was great and it was a novelty to eat in the water - plus the rafting along the lagoon and Filipino cultural show at the...
