We went to this site with our two little kids (1 and 3 years old). Beautiful location for a walk and wonderful views and flowers. There is a nice cafe nearby.

A few flights of stairs lead to the mountain which houses the place where Taras Shevchenko rests. The premises are recently renovated and well taken care of. There is a Taras Shevchenko museum on the top of the mountain which contains a few original artifacts...More
