A wonderful little village with market place, timber framed houses, church and churchyard. A castle too. Close to Canterbury and Mount Ephraim Gardens. If you are in this part of the Garden of England it's a must see.

Park at the bottom of the hill and walk up as the village square parking is almost always full. Can reconmend Shelly's tea rooms

Walk from Chilham station. Or you can get the 1A bus from Canterbury or Ashford.

platform 11-13 direct to canterbury west takes just under an hour. Walk into main high st about 10 minutes or take a cab.
